Now, more than ever, marketers are challenged with implementing and supporting social media programs when the CEO and CFO are demanding evidence of potential ROI before allocating dollars to marketing efforts.

Many rely on social media as a method to engage customers, however, they struggle to find ways to implement research and measurement practices that are comparable to those in place for traditional marketing channels.

Instead of emphasizing their own marketing investments and calculating ROI in terms of customer response, perhaps marketers should begin by considering consumer motivations to use social media and then measure the social media investments customers make as they engage with the marketer’s brands.

In this marketing strategy event, you will gain insight into how market leaders are creating and using engagement metrics.  Be prepared to learn:

  • Step by step methodologies for researching the social media landscape prior to launching your own program
  • Examples of measurement tools which include specific types of dashboards available
  • Insight into the relationship between social media marketing and search engine optimization strategies
