What is Marketing Worth to the C-Suite?

AMA Houston Professional Development for Marketers SIG
Seminar

How to Elevate Marketing’s Value
in the Eyes of the C-Suite

Join the AMA Houston Professional Development SIG on January 23rd and we’ll give you the skill set you need to communicate your worth and captivate the leaders in your C-suite.

The time has come for marketing to move to the forefront again – and the only way for our profession to reclaim that status is to shine the light on our worth to the executive suite. Demographics are nice, charts are quaint, studies make good bedtime reading, but at the end of the day what matters to those making critical choices at the executive level is how marketers can drive value and build profits.

This all-star panel of executive-level marketers will share their real-world experiences, guiding you in how to have the right conversations and adeptly communicate budgets and reports to elevate your true value-driving potential in the eyes of the C-suite.

Key takeaways include:

  • Marketing the budget to your internal and external clients
  • Create practical value for your marketing department as a critical budget item
  • Understanding C-Level leadership and the big picture
