AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION HOSTS MAY EVENTS
Events include Blinds.com’s Innovation luncheon, Crystal Awards Happy Hour,  24th Annual Crystal Awards and a Social Media Boot Camp Featuring National Speakers

HOUSTON, TX (May 2010): The American Marketing Association is hosting a number of upcoming interactive events that promise to engage audience members.

The monthly luncheon, scheduled May 12, will feature Daniel Cotlar, CMO, Blinds.com (GCC). From May 27 – 28, AMA Houston is hosting a two-day training series, Social Media Boot Camp, an introduction to social media, where participants will learn practical tools and techniques to develop their own social media strategy to reach today’s consumer.  This boot camp will be taught by Dana Vanden Heuvel, an award-winning marketing blogger and author of AMA’s Marketech ’08 Guide to Marketing Technology and leader of the MarketingSavantTM Group.
